mr. david campos. thank you mr. fung. >> good morning, this is the transportation study final report. there is also an enclosure in your packet which is a final report and that final report has brief executive summary, feel free to use that to follow along as i go through my presentation. today i'm going to talk about the background on the study and i will touch on the project. these study projects are in the report but in the interest of time, i will talk about the interested step. this is reference to the southeast corner and border area of san mateo county where it meets san francisco. in this area there are multiple large development projects being proposed which collectively add of to an amount of new growth and a collection of formal industrial sites to a very vibrant new neighborhood. because the area is a lot vacate and formally industrial area the transportation system is lacking. the two questions that the county study has focused on are one, what are those major transportation investments that are needed to support this square and 2, how do we share the cost among all the p

david campos. >> thank you. thank you very much, mr. president. wow, i have to say that it's been a pretty impressive group of honorees today. and to continue in that tradition, it is my great honor to call upon charles galt man to come up. and if i can also ask his family and as well as the executive director of the office of citizens complaints to please come forward. ~ it is truly, truly remarkable to see some incredible people who are about to retire from the city. we saw david chan and now charles galt man. i had the honor to first get to know mr. gault man when i was on the san francisco police commission. ~ and had an opportunity to work with him during the time that he was serving, and serves to this day, as the chief investigator for the office of citizens he complaints. and before i ask mr. goldman to speak, i do want to also give the executive director at occ an opportunity to say a few words. ~ but let me tell you a little bit about charles and the kind of amazing person that he has been and why we're so lucky that we have had him serv

david, would you please take a bow to the rest of your supervisors, malia, campos, the tall man, scottie. stand up scottie. let people see you. mr. farrell? eric maurd, norman yooe, you've got the whole board. oh, my god!. i am just so delighted, christina that mom's at the mayor's office that you altogether decided to do a closing ceremony for black history month. harlem would disagree with you on that because tomorrow there is another harlem kelly version of black history and he's been doing it for years. it's the most inexpensive event that i have ever been to. i'm going to try to get him to upgrade it, mr. mayor, now that he's the big man. we just finished the most magnificent chinese new years parade it was and the lord obviously smiled on the chinese because it didn't rain this year. most years it rains for the chinese new years. this was at an incredible location. it's always the location over the last years or so, an elective family has reached out to include an -- array of people. in january it was chinese new years celebration and now we are doing black history month. in about five weeks we'll be doing the cherry bloss
