we did meet with mr. denny and mr. myaki this afternoon, but it is premature to say we are at a settlement, and i don't think that is what is before you tonight. what is before you is whether or not these permits should move forward. we want to be clear that the building has residential and commercial tenants, and it is impossible for us to complete our renovation with no impact to the residents. our permits have been properly reviewed, and are valid, and we are committed to find a solution that all party cans tolerate given there will be an end in sight hopefully in the next three months. additionally, we wanted to have the opportunity to speak with all tenants and we noticed a meeting last night and we had 27 people in attendance. at first everybody was very concerned about the construction noise, but by the end of the meeting, people were actually asking us to work longer in order to finish the construction in a more timely manner. we now know that we have a phone and an email and an actual tenant liaison so that pe
