mr. deutch, my floridian colleague for five minutes. >> thank you. i appreciate your leadership to this committee. i'd like to spend a couple of minutes talk about the way in which the chinese government has been willfully weak in property rights. the creativity, the imagination, the innovation of american workers. their intellect is being stole opinion it's being stole on a regular basic in china. it's been stolen by illegal downloads, my pirated dvds, it's being stolen by seizing again the intellectual property of our nation. what can we do to increase the pressure on the chinese government to be more serious in enforcing and protecting the intellectual property rights of our citizens? >> i think the one thing we can do if we are serious about it, start adding terrorists for goods of countries that do engage in willful threat of intellectual property. this is a really important thing for us to do. i think it's probably about the only way to do it. there are a number of other strategies. one thing the obama administration has done, it has gone after
