mr. gerard, does labor go to the streets? >> i think when you see the outcome of the sequestration, it starts to roll out, i think what you're going to see instead of people going to the streets, per se, we're going to start to develop campaigns at members of the republican house, members of the republican senate, and we're going to put the people in front of their offices. what we've got is what bob reich says. we've got a deficit in jobs. and if we address the jobs deficit, the other deficits will good away. we have a deficit in infrastructure. we've got to put that work together. >> but can you penetrate a house that has been gerrymandered into strength? >> ed, i've got more faith in the american people. i know it's been gerrymandered. i know they've tried to rig votes, they've tried to do everything. i think the public sees their ideas are bankrupt. when you have bankrupt ideas, you're trying to gerrymander and rig the vote. and that's not going to work. i believe that the american public are going to make the republicans
