mr. strom to weigh in >> good morning, thanks for having me and it is 2/3 majority vote and from the cities perspective excited we are able to include this ambulance deployment in the bond and there is $14 million for fire station tooz continue the fire station work as well. we are excited about it and we appreciate you taking it up here today. >> while i have you there, sir, how are we at capacity for not just for the fire department but the city? how much is sitting out there that can be tapped into in the near future? >> i get that question a lot. it is really the-we have pretty much absorbed all capacity under the current constraint in the capital plan. the capital plan says we issue new bonds as we retire old ones. we were fortunate we didn't issue very money bonds mostly because they didn't pass from 200 to 2008 and that allowed us to have capacity to do a lot of go bonds from 08 to now. we are paying down debt service and most are 20 years which gives more room but there are a lot of other needs city wide that are coming into play. the next bond is in 2016 is rec park bond i believe
