"bottom line" will continue in just a moment. ♪ >> welcome back. we have corrected our technical problems. i was speaking on the phone with hank greenberg. mr. greenberg kind enough to reconnect with us. we were talking about the life of the former aig ceo -- when mr. benmosche first took over as ceo, what was it that inspired staff and aig -- at aig? >> it was love. he is a fighter and he fought for the people and fought against the bureaucrats that were trying to set rules for how the company would operate. he provided an anchor for them. he fought on their behalf. something you want a ceo to do. you have bureaucrats trying to interfere with the operation not recognizing the problems that had to be confronted. i thought he did a great job. >> what did mr. benmosche teaches the financial community about leadership during a time of crisis? >> it's what he did. he stood up and fought for what he believed

mr. greenberg give you sense when the judge in his case might come through with a decision? >> that's the separate case. this is a case against greenberg, greenberg sued the federal government. oral arguments in march, spring is what a lot of people think the judge in that case, judge wheeler, federal claims judge will rule whether aig was improperly bailed out by the federal government and basically diluted shareholders. liz: hank is the largest. >> the company, star. what hank said, that's the timetable essentially. the greenberg trade on fannie mae is predicated on hank winning. liz: fannie mae started the spike the past couple of weeks, that was the greenberg trade. people feel there is a similarity in the deal. >> you know what's weird? all the patrols that follow about fannie mae, they attack me for just reporting what people -- this is out in the market. if you notice, based on our reporting, went up 3.20 and now below $3 again. a lot of the traders are trading out of fannie mae. liz: they caught the tailwind. >> they listened to fox business while the trolls were out,
