mr. guzman was in that deli. he was either asking for a cell phone, asking for money, being very disruptive. they kicked him out, so he went across the street to the a & m deli and grocery. but a worker from the first deli followed him across the street to warn the workers at this other store. now once inside, the man again several customers were inside the store. they say the video shows people were on their cell phones calling 911. at the same time one person went outside and flagged down police officers from the 52nd precinct. they go inside and the man begins a scuffle with one of the police officers. the man is able, somehow, to grab one of the officer's guns from the holster. the officer then tries to get the gun back, and as the fire out 15 rounds from that gun. we are told that gun holds 16 rounds, he was able to fire 15. one of those bullets lights the worker who had come across the street trying to warn the other workers. he was a 49-year-old man, he is hit in the groin. that wound was fatal. both men w
