general and those regions in the north that are now in the south and have allegiance declared with mr. hadiill coordinate the efforts to make sure the houthis cannot advance in the regions and to mount counter attacks and we don't have specific reports about that and the other point is political and want to show support to hadi as he tries to create an alternative place for running yemen here in aiden and they have not specifically said aiden is the capitol but advisor to the president said we don't need to do that that the case actually and the president doesn't also need to say i'm the legitimate president because his resignation was rejected by the parliament and he is now acting like the president of yemen. >> how hard is it going to be to set up the new government considering how many have re resigned and people are under house arrest and no effective government and so many different players wanting to get involved in this? >> reporter: yeah, it is a very long and very difficult process. he is just starting this process and there are many unknowns here along this difficult path. some o

people were expecting jamal ben omar to come here to see mr. hadi but that hasn't happened. at the time, hadi is meeting with top security officials in the south with groafnls and it seems that hegovernors in thispart of the country. there are talks in yemen and in sanaa itself supporting hadi and there is also -- there are calls from the gcc today a statement that for the first time support from the outside the gcc has said that the yes ma'amis have toyes,yemenis have torally behind hadi. they have tried to force the government which last resigned to return to their posts most of them have refused. those who have refused have been threatened by the houthis to be taken to court and to be accused as traitors. that means the houthis are resorting to tough action, in a kind of reaction to what's happened. it is very, very clear that they are losing some of the momentum that they had before hadi's escape to aden. >> mohamed, many thanks, mohamed val lirvetionl in aden. >>> more than 100,000 employees of the department of homeland security will be cut unless the congress funds the

will discuss the main issue here at hand, which is how to move on with the talks particularly that mr. hadi asked for the talks to be moved to aden or to safer places for all the parties, according to him. the houthis have refused that. now, mr. bremer has to come out with a solution. the talks have to go on and the two men have to agree on a formula that could be accepted by the houthis in terms of the venue for these talks. >> so, you were mentions ties just a moment ago and we saw some pictures of support rally's held in support of hadi. what about the rest of the country? what's going on there? >> the same thing is going on in several places in other areas. and we have seen this growing trend of support for hadi. we understand that hadi had from the very beginning supported across the country but they were particularly in sanna because of the presence of houthis there they cracked down on protestors. now after these people, hadi and the new steps that he has taken we see protestors, his supporters galvanized and being more vocal in sanna yesterday. the biggest rally for his supporters o
