frankly, from my personal experience, compliments to mr. haley, the issues that we have been experiencing and had experienced over the last few months are getting better. the one thing that we had talked about was some sort of reporting on when there are actually delays, so that the public can tune in and find out why they sat in a bus or train for a certain amount of time, getting some reports on what is being done about it. i think that that is still something that we should pursue. something that we should continue to pursue. the one issue that i heard a fair amount about, regarding service, and maybe this is something that you can report back on, it had to do with the recent confluence of events in the city. fleet week, the bluegrass festival, and so on. i had heard an enormous amount of concern that those events had not been properly planned for. that some of our lines were very crowded. i do not mean to suggest that there is an entirely new problem, but as we get ready for the america's cup, i wonder if we as a board could get a report back
