mr. haley do you have any response to that and i want to open up to commissioners breed and weaning formulas comments and a commissioner yee as well. i wanted to see if you know respond to ms. saxs question will there be any xhoogz. i think that's certainly a consideration. in the concept we when talk about what we're calling in a general sense the engineering impact it's not just the weight and the load but when you're asking people to stand they have to hold onto something as opposed to each other which you're asking people to do in the morning and evening. that's part of what i think has to be looked in the next if i months to say okay. if we were to take the seats out and provide standing room you know how do we maintain the structural intricate of the vehicle, you know, safely by also how do we make it comfortable for somebody as comfortable as possible for someone to stand how high should it be and then i see when those cars are 15, 16 years old kind of teenagers, if you will. and i think

mr. president, once after i had made a speech, my late friend alex haley, the author of "root" came up to me and said, can i make a suggestion. of course. he said, when you speak, if you would say instead of making a speech let me tell you a story, someone might actually listen to what you have to say. so i do have a little speech on the new health care law to make, but before i make a speech, let me tell a story that i think applies to the new health care law. and it is a story about two famous and patriotic tennesseans who went to texas. the two men are sam houston and davy crockett. in the early part of the 19th century, sam houston was the goafn ogovernor of tennessee. he resigned that post because of a problem with his marriage. davy crockett got crossways with andrew jackson and he lost his race for congress in 1835. he went to the courthouse steps in madison county, tennessee and said i'm going to texas and you can go to hell. and he went to texas. that's historic. i'm not using bad words here. so we had these two famous tennesseans, patriotic, brave men, both of whom went to texas
