mr. herrera: wism in helping our mayor -- her heroism for helping our mayor. thank you very much. i yield back the balance of my time. the speaker pro tempore: for what purpose does the gentleman from minnesota seek reck fission? mr. paulsen: i ask to address the house for one minute, revise and extend my remarks. the speaker pro tempore: without objection, the gentleman from minnesota is recognized for one minute. mr. paulsen: mr. speaker, last week the house passed 12 different bills combating the growing crime of sex trafficking by protecting victims and bringing traffickers to justice. in addition to the action that congress is taking, however, it takes people on the ground, in our communities stepping up to deal with this issue. i'd like to highlight some of the efforts that are being done by some students in minnesota. that are making efforts to put an end to this horrible problem. the high school student council, led by a senior, luke stanbrook, is helping fight sex trafficking by organizing assemblies to help fellow students know the signs of trafficking in their community
