mr. kleinman, you have three minutes. >> overhead please. >> so that, just to clarify, that is the property when it was sold in 2015. that is dirt and concrete. my primary concern is that the retaining walls are sound. we did spend some money using the structural engineer. i don't want to spend anymore money. i think this is really something between the contractor and the city, and what i have been trying to do unsuccessfully for over a year in terms of emails and phones is to get the city involved so that there is something up to code and get the department of building inspections to look at it. my only concern really is the retaining walls and what else they do with the property is secondary because if we have a shake right now, 575 and 571 is probably going to be 573. and that's going to spoil my whole day. if the modification to the current permit specifies the retaining walls be done according to code and if their civil engineer wants to talk to the city to come up with a solution to that, that is fine. but i don't see myself in that picture anymore because i have outlaid several thous
