. >> mr. landa, upt to address that or maybe mr. abrams. >> the site plan, if we bring up the overhead, you'll be able to see it. okay. so currently, the site has no internal streets, right, so there's 23 street, and that's it. and there's humboldt street, which is a pretty narrow street in a pretty significant state of disarray which runs east and west and terminates into the project street. what we're proposing to do is match up the street grid with the street grid that was created by pier 70. these are maps when you look back on historic records, you can see there was some path for travel in a similar direction. what we're really trying to do is link the project seamlessly with pier 70, so the main street would be the large blue line running up and down, which is maryland street. georgia street is a street that would be the second street. that street does run through where the compressor house and meter house are, and that's another reason we are proposing to demolish those building is because we want to open up the site as much
