mrs. moy. >> supervisor cohen, do we have another presentation? >> yes, we do. we have one coming from ocii. >> good afternoon supervisor, my name is wells larson. i'm the president. thank you barbara for your presentation. we approved the shipyard candle stick point redevelopment plan in 2010. one of the actions that was noted in those documents at the time and in our conversations was the vacating of these streets that barbara has discussed. so this is indeed the next step. it's required to move forward with the transfer of lands in furthering of the project. as supervisor cohen indicated, we have received a grant. an exceptionally win for the city of san francisco but it comes with strings. it requires that we move forward with this project to make sure that the existing resident are in their new homes by september of 2016. you can appreciate the tight timeline that we have been under and this is many steps we take to meet that deadline. that concludes our presentation. i'm available if you have questions and there's barbara and other members of the staff. >> thank you colleagues, any questions? if not, why don't we open up to public comment.
