mr. lawrence. >> nothing like getting two minutes on something that needs more time. i've spoken before this committee i'm a medallion taxi holder. i drive a taxi i know exactly what's going on for ramp taxis. all the rules are based on fines not anatomy rational you pick up. we pick up any wheelchair whether it's a paratransit or not but the fact is m b mobile and san francisco pickup about 85 percent of the wheelchairs they get 58 a piece of for them. two we can't find drivers that refuse to drive the ramp taxis because they can't pay the tax. and sometimes the ramp taxi no longer goes out because they're not certified because they can't make any money our repair bills are high. and it's a number one commercial vehicle used for commercial purposes. 3 engines in 3 and a half years and rear act ills. this is a vehicle that can pickup any heavier duty load you're talking about asians coming in with 18 suitcases. and two is that paratransit picks up who cares mostly motorized. we pick up any wheelchair. and going john we should be 3ush9d. i have a handout which i'm givi
