mr. gerrard? i mean, if the democrats are successful in getting low wage workers out to utilize the midterm, thisoughts? >> there's close to 200,000 people who need extended unemployment insurance in ohio. the president is fighting for an increase in the minimum wage. even if we get to over $10 an hour, no one is going to get rich on that, but that economy will get a recycling of that money, we'll be able to buy things. i was with a ceo not long ago and i said to him, what do you think about extending unemployment insurance, what do you think about the minimum wage? he said we've got to do both, we've got to get the minimum wage above $10 because america is lacking demand. there's too much money going to too few people and not enough money going to a broad base of people. we need to have more demand. even ceo's in large corporations are getting it. >> a few weeks ago, we did a story on the dumping of steel with the south korean trade agreement. what's the latest on that? and what is the commerce department going to do about this if anything? >> we think they've got to do the right thing and that

interaction with each departing guest asking that they keep their voices low so as not to disturb the residential neighborhood. and so, mr., we have i am sorry. mr. mitchell can answer any questions that you might have. and we would request a conditional grant on this tonight. >> commissioner joseph and hide. >> you have been operating in okay oakland? >> i joined it four months ago and so, and so it requires the entertainment permits. >> and that i am not aware of. >> your partners are aware that oakland requires entertainment permits? >> from my understanding, that they don't believe that oakland requires it. >> they have been operating in oakland without an entertainment permit. >> i can't speak to that. >> i find that hard to believe. >> for me, i believe that when people open the business they have to be aware of what that business requires. health department, permits, building permits, and entertainment permits. and so, operating without an entertainment permit, is just offensive to this commission and i just wanted to put that out there straight away. and i have a couple of other questions, you submitted there is
