we've been joined by senator markey of massachusetts. >> thank you mr. chairman. thank you for this important hearing. japanese women in japan contract breast cancer at only one third the rate of japanese women once they moved to the united states. and their daughters have been going up there lives. so, in other words there is something in american culture that then affects those japanese women once they get here. and within the first generation a japanese american woman has breast cancer at twice the rate as a woman of japanese origin in japan. so, is it in our food? is it in our air? what are we doing to ourselves? what is it that is going inside of the people in our country that have their genes misspelled? so, now there is a disease. which is induced in an individual. so, we know the toxins have been identified as one of those real culprits. and we know that all of you have spent your lives working on those issues. so, can you speak to some specific costs that you've seen as a result of plastic waste incinerators? >> yeah. we can talk about the costs to direct
