mr. mayoring at some of the pictures here from wildwood, something that you're, unfortunate atly familiar with and that is the coastal flooding. what can you tell us on the latest about wildwood and that? >> right now the tides have settled down considerably. we have just have remaining water in the low-lying areas and we'll get more as the tide starts to sub seed and we won't be getting as much water in and out, and we hope that -- and we've looked and we find that there's not -- hopefully not as much damage as what could have been. we were reported initially that it would be worse than sandy and then it was downgraded to major, but more of a minor major of flooding. so then all of a sudden it came and it just kept coming and coming and it turned into something. the highest tides reported in this area.period. it went from being bad to not being as bad to being the worst and there was a lot of water in the streets and property damage that we will not know until a later date when the second home
