mr. mayor, if i can get in here, i know fremont has been well run for a long time. if this ordinance passes, you say you have all these services. so do you have enough places and beds for where people can go? well, we don't have beds for every single individual, but we will be providing vouchers for housing for any people that are displaced. and primarily the enforcement is very rare cases where there are public safety or health concerns. we want to make sure that our parks and our public spaces are accessible to everybody. our children, our seniors, our small businesses, everybody deserves a public space. i think you're i think you're fairly clear in your explanation. one final question to you, that final vote in your city is tomorrow. do you expect this to pass? well, we will definitely address the community's concern. we want to make sure that everybody feels satisfied with our answers. i do believe that it should pass, but we will look at the language, make sure we address some of the concerns raised, and make sure that this is something that the majority of the
