mr. chairman and thank you ms. mccarthy for being here and i think we are near the end so that's a good thing. >> that's a good thing too. >> if i could talk to specifically we have a number of industries, number of groups in my home state of mississippi that are greatly impacted by the rules that are promulgated and enforced and one that i would like to touch on per minute would be our wood in pellet heating unit manufactures. they are problems with the performance standards that the epa just finalized, you know it's something that really impacts us. these are small businesses that don't have a lot of room in their budgets for r&d costs in addition to testing lab fees and those things. i think most companies are going to be okay. they can probably get there but the second stage which i believe is scheduled to be implemented in 2020 that's going to be extremely costly. it's that slow emissions targets that would be almost impossible to achieve with the current technology we have in the resources. my question is what budgeta
