this ladder works better in a state of emergency, so we thought it was a better configuration, and mr. mora obviously agreed with that. so i'm confident in the solution based on mr. walls's recommendation. i'm not experienced in dealing with this. he did go into obviously in these older buildings in san francisco, we are in a predicament with the older-type fair escapes. if this were another building, you wouldn't be allowed to do this, but with the older building, we are stuck with existing conditions, and in the case of an emergency, we try to provide the best possible case of escape without injury. >> and was there a penalty associated with that notice of violation? >> i did not check that. i would assume there was. and the notice of violation, there was nine times permit fee on a value of $2,000. >> okay. >> and i assume there was a penalty on the permit. i didn't -- i don't think i checked on that, but normally, when we have those on, there would be a penalty for that. i can look into that if it was missed. we can always add it later. i assume it was. >> okay. thank you. >> thank you.
