mr. moran's grievance proceedings, did not exhaust all internal remedies available.e have an internal grievance procedure, and she skipped it. >> they skipped their own procedures and that's actually what the plaintiff argues here. this case comes down to a really simple fact, professor gave basic simple instructions to a student who didn't follow them and then failed the final because the student can and follow the instructions as alleged in this complaint, and if that is the case, the university has a procedure, image rated procedures to follow, which were not done. the professor actually did the student a favor at the request of the dean and graded the paper after saying she wouldn't grade it, and gave the student a c-. in the student wasn't even happy with that and complained with a provosts who didn't follow the procedures at all, allegedly didn't invite the professor to participate in some of the procedures that properly follow. this is a breach of contract. the profession is to teach students how to follow the rules, that is life, especially in the business la
