mr. morewitz. the way i see it is i communicate can mr. orewitz through e-mail so if there is request for information at any given time anywhere there will be a record that says this is a question i asked. the other you know, the other mechanism that we have through commission and committee meetings and i think that it is really important to be mindful that we operate as one entity and so if one person gets all these like additional questions they want to clarify, why shouldn't that make available to all the commissioners at the same time so we have the same information or the same answers? it effects the way we make decisions. i think that for me, that would make it more transparent. like, i don't know, but when i was on the human rights commission, we had subpoena power and can subpoena anyone to come to the commission for discussions and that is why we have what we want to agendize. i think that is something we haven't fully utilized as a body and to me i think those are really important because when we have a meeting here, it is televis
