mr. morewitz, this is patrick. i am a little bit concerned about whether the salary savings may be contributing to the short staffing, particularly at laguna honda hospital, putting additional strain on laguna honda staff and obviously effecting the quality of care being provided to laguna honda patients. today supervisor melgar participated in a zoom call and she mentioned the potential that there may be a $64 million short-fall (indiscernible) 64 as in $64 million short-fall should be-the closure plan at laguna honda hospital go ahead.
