good morning, phil and good morning, mr. munoz. >> hey, joe. how are you? oscar munoz.e happy to come on because you have strong performance in the third quarter. what stands out when you look at the numbers you posted for this last quarter >> it's a combination of the plan we put together right? it's a journey from getting our people back together, getting our union structure worked out, getting our operational reliability which is important, putting a strategy together to get this business back and so, you know, a couple of quarters later, watching it work in this way with a specific point we made with hub growth as well as customer service, all of that is coming together. it's a good quarter. >> you've added these flights, smaller markets into your hubs in the midwest whether it's denver, chicago, houston they have seen real growth there. how much more do you have to go, so to speak, in terms of how much growth is out there for you to mine and grow with? >> well, two answers one, from a standpoint of our mid-continent hubs, that was a specific part of the growth plan
