mr. newell in arizona, community communicating with people in high level of the white house, mr. o'reilly was in the national security division of the white house. now, admittedly, newell and o'reilly were friends, but the point is, it's very, very unusual to have somebody in a field office communicating with somebody at the national security council what the situation is in trord fast & furious. so we heard from mr. newell from the email, as well as his testimony before congressman issa's committee. that's half of the story. we want the rest of the story from mr. o'reilly and we are writing to the white house to get permission. now, mr. o'reilly is in iraq and we will have to communicate by telephone. but we are willing to do so so he doesn't have to come back here. and his lawyer says he's willing to communicate with us, but obviously, he can't come under testimony without the permission of the white house. and we want the white house to say that it's okay for us to question on the roar, mr. o'reilly to get the other half of the story about who in the white house and why were pe
