mr. pacheco the proposal they were comfort with that and liked the idea that consolidating easier to use some groups are very weary of changes reacted negatively and spent a lot of time responding to letters and e-mails when they bring up an issue i'll counter that with how it is working that's why that southern is negated i would able to win over a lot of people but i i'm willing to meet and talk with people about them. >> do you think that all of the changes may not have a lot of impact for the existing businesses. >> i certainly hope not we're keeping controls the same for example, we're pulling out uses from the other rare sales and services category they'll be permitted before the way they were previously a neighbor can come in and go to the supervisor and change that that allows that to heap for more fine-grain controllers from the commercial districts but as it effects the existing businesses it may help future businesses i hope the code will be clear and easier to understand so a small business owner what get information from planning staff. >> so mostly impacts the new businesse
