mr. pallone, do you have anything to add? >> the bottom line is that if we continue to rely on fossil fuels, is there primarily from volatile countries. it's a monopoly. it just keeps driving up the price. as you move towards renewables, you're less relying on this vol fill fossil fuel market. as a result, energy prices start come down. the average person pays less. it's that simple. we just can't continue to rely on all these terrible countries overseas, volatile places, venezuela, places that have all kinds of political problems. because, ultimately, it cost us more. it's not only a question of addressing the climate crises and the weather conditions. even the weather conditions, one of the reasons we have problems with the electricity grid is because of increased in climate change and hot weather and storms and tornadoes and all of that. essentially, what we are doing between this bill and the infrastructure bill that we passed, is hardening the grid. making it easier to move towards renewable. which in the long run, will
