what's your assessment with how the police were dealing with mr. patel end point to the take down leads me scratching my head. i don't understand what was going on and why the officer felt the need to teak him to the ground. but if we back up a little bit, my understanding is that 911 call comes in dispatched a suspicious looking person, police officer under those circumstances has lawful warrant to go ahead and stop an individual that is in the area that meets the general description and talk to the individual. an important issue is howfersz do not have lawful warrant to do a pat down search unless they have a reason why they believe the individual might be carrying some type of dangerous weapon. that calls out of-ñ on 1964 case terry versus ohio. why was the pat down. and the gentleman attempting to pull away a little bit, but if you look at the video he's not aggressively pulling away, he's not trying to break away and run and there's two officers there. i don't understand why the lead officer the one who took him to the ground felt they needed to get
