mr. steve paulson. >>> we do have a lot of fog dancing around with rain to the north and eventually that will get down here. you might even get partly sunny or partly cloudy skies. rain is developing and it will take a while to get here but by this evening it will drop south and take us into saturday and then much cooler and breezy. lows back in the 30s by monday. upper 50s and 60s today. san jose could pop 64 or 65 after clearing the low cloud deck. i think some of these projections are little underdone. and there has been a little bit more than that as we have seen. the line lifted yesterday and will allow mostly cloudy skies with text upper 60s. the rain is moving back in, northern sonoma county or napa county. 50s on the temps, upper 50s for some. zero visibility to 0.25 mile to the north. zero visibility at half moon bay. see the dividing line? that is about the bay bridge or golding great golden gate. this is a warm system so you will see 30s and 40s around lake tahoe. the system will eventually get posts pushed southward but it is impacting some. right there if you are in the line

mr. paulson. >> you were talking before i even looked up. what was the role of young community developers in this? >> i can speak to that having served with my previous employer. now as program director, they're a community partner. they're a non-profit and helping leverage a public, private, and community partnership delivering this internship program. they help identified candidates, screened candidates, together with us as partners and p.u.c. and the private firms are involved. work to make sure the program is administrated and the candidates turn into successful internship partners. >> and how would you describe internship in terms of job descriptions and construction, and all the projects. >> yeah, there is a pretty broad range looking back to 16-year-olds and 19-year-olds. the earlier stages, a lot of it was work shadowing and work site or orientation. when they hit 19, they're on their way to college or in transition, so there's more practical learning skills in delivering projects. >> how does that work in terms of apprenticeship in

mr. steve paulson on the weather.>> thank you sir. you know i'm trying to update to set information, now here are the rain bands, it will be the kind of pattern that most of the day and by tonight we should start to see a decrease but the winners have been marin county around santa cruz's. we have 3 3/4, capital had a lot of rain, 3 1/2 and then santa rosa 3 1/4. petaluma has picked up 1.73 inches and that is not a typo, san jose has a classic rain shadow, all which are taken out by the santa cruz mountains and by the time it comes up and over the mountains not much left at .09 which is correct. it will get south of us and then start to take away from north to south. today cloudy with off-and-on rain and occasionally moderate to heavy if you get one of those heavy bands santa cruz mountains has a pretty good set up and around monterey for the seer the winter storm warning bell on until six, a warmer air masses in place, again until 6 pm tonight and heaviest snow above 8000 feet. but around 6500 feet you still get wet sierra cement. th

mr. steve paulson's our meteorologist. what say you? >> stay in your lane, sal. foggy for some, not for all. san jose is one of the few that does not have a lot of fog it. foggy morning, mostly sunny, cloudy tomorrow, light rain late, not a big deal, late tuesday night into wednesday. the bulk of this week i think fog is the bigger story, not is rainy although there will be some light rain in between systems, southern california and arizona. particles north, part goes right over us. very light rain. again towards the end of the week another system with amounts about 2/10 to that less farther north you go. 30s, 40s to 50s, san francisco, also oakland at 50, sfo 52, so is campbell, upper 40s, santa cruz, sam martin also gilroy, not much of the change, through the roof as you might imagine with all this rain. no breeze out there with the lights law, napa airport zero visibility, same petaluma, novato, lakeville highway is a treat. watch out for that, santa rosa with a mild visibility, concorde a half mile with little more, 0 1/4 mile or less also oakland and sfo. a

mr. secretary, i think that we can agree, as i said in my opening statement, i'm really concerned. it was one of the most things that shocked me as a member of congress is when secretary paulson came on the floor talking about that our whole economy was going to drop. and so with fsot, we try to look forward to try to figure out what's going on and what will happen in the future. i have some real concerns because as i look as the chinese growth, as i look at the european economies are slowing with some entering recession, i look at brexit looming and what effects that brexit may have, and then all of the turmoil that is going on in latin american, you know, it gives me real concerns. and when i look at some of the forecasts in america, the u.s. economy is slowing also. history may not repeat itself but sometimes is certainly rhymes. and i fear that over the next few years for the economy, it may rhyme a little too much for me with the past decade. and so i'm hoping that the administration is going to look well ahead of what takes place and have certain formulas that they put in place in case there is a tremendous problem, like when i look at the debt stock of corporations and
