mr. perkins, you are on the hot seat there are a lot of questions about this. here is why. it is october. our temperatures have been relatively warm or at least mild and at the beginning of the season, it is very hard to get it to be cold enough for a lot of snow to fall and all that kind of of thing. having said that, the models are suggesting that enough cold air will be pulled in particularly to regions well to the north and west of d.c. that there will be some wet snow that will accumulate in some of the higher elevations. so heading out to western maryland, the mountains of virginia, the panhandle of west virginia, places like that. now, since it will be a coastal storm, a lot depends on exactly where that low is. could we see some snowflakes mix in with some of that rain here closer to home? yeah, we could. a lot of it is a little bit up in the air. but the national weather service has issued a winter storm watch because it certainly is a possibility. >> there you go. >> may not be a good time to look at the leaves this weekend in shenandoah. >> this will impact those

mr. perkins? >> i say it is going to be a decent day. will it be mostly cloudy?es, but there will be some sunshine here and there. temperatures will be good. they will be a few degrees warmer than yesterday. not bad. we've got some changes coming for the end of the week. i'll tell you about that shortly. yesterday, reagan national made it up to 64 degrees. dulles, 65 degrees. bwi marshall made it up to 65- degree as well. those temperatures right around normal for this time of year. here is where are we are now. we've dropped off to 50 degrees here in washington. it is also 50 in annapolis, baltimore at 44 degrees. gaithersburg at 45. dulles airport, 43 out there so quite cool. 43 in fredericksburg and 48 in quantico this morning. let's take a look at the sentinel radar. nothing going on this morning in terms of any precipitation. there is a little blip well out to the west of front royal so there might be a spot of precipitation there. we are dry and we do have humid conditions. humidity level over 80% but not particularly bad. plenty of clouds. there is your cl
