[laughter]. >> okay, i found this very interesting, the desalination projts comparison, could you tell me what it means so i can understand about the energy use, how they compare the different -- >> yes, in this case, we compared the bay area regional desalination projts to the santa cruz project t marine project in san diego county on an energy and cost basis, and basically what this shows is that the energy uses for the regional desalination project is lower than the others and that's gr*ifrn by the fact that we would be if we proceeded with this project, we would be desail baiting brackish water, you're getting more water per unit and having to separate out less salt so the energy usage is lower because of that, it increases because it has to go to the east bay mud system to be pumped up to get into our system, it shows the desalination cost itself is much less for that project than other projects which use ocean water
