mr. roker's here with a check of the weather. heavy rain, it was coming down. look at the high water there last night. we go to new mexico and the hail was coming down as well. lots of damage. even the dogs were wondering what the heck is going on out there? unfortunately we've got more severe weather through the southwest into texas today. you can see the heavy showers and thunderstorms, all part of some moisture coming up from what's now hurricane patricia off the mexico coast. we've got a big low pressure system. so between now and tuesday i-35 is going to be the bulls eye, upwards of 12 inches of rain between dallas and corpus kristy. this is going to be a mess. flooding is going to be a big problem. we'll continue to track it for you. locally some places more than 12 inches. in the west, we're looking at gorgeous weather. denver is looking good with sunshine and 51 degrees. to the used car buyer who's worried about getting taken for a ride... don't worry. the only rides you'll get taken on at carmax are the ones you take yourself. but just in case that abs

mr. roker, how about the forecast. >> let's see what's been going on, the latest on joaquin, and right now currently a category 4 storm, 130-mile-per-hour winds and it's moving away from the bahamas at about northwesterly speed. three miles per hour. now here's the other problem. we've got joaquin down here blocking an area of high pressure. there will be another low pressure area developing 2,000 miles between the systems, and that's causing all these winds now to just fire right into the coast, and so you can see coastal flood warnings, watches, flooding. 51 million people under some sort of a coastal flood watch or warning, and then we've also got a lot of heavy rain due to the opener low in the southeast. heavy rainfall over the next three days and up to 20 inches of rain in south carolina, northeastern georgia. we're also looking with flood alerts, 31 million people are under the gun for flash flood watches, life-threatening flash flooding through sunday and record-breaking rainfall possib
