mr. pryor: thank you madam chairwoman. before i start, i'd like to ask unanimous consent that bob ross and colette pollard be granted floor privileges during the rrgs of h.r. 4660. the presiding officer: without objection. mr. pryor: madam president, today i want to rise in support of the fy 15 agriculture appropriations bill. i know that senator blunt, the ranking member, is on his way over. we were just in another subcommittee hearing, and we were asking questions and whatnot, so he's on his way over. but before i say anything else i just want to thank senator blunt, because he has been great in terms of a great partner to work with, and he has really just been outstanding. he knows this stuff, he works hard, he knows how to work the system. he's been great and he's one of those guys that you can trust and he's very bipartisan, and if we had more folks like senator blunt around here, we'd get a lot more done. he's really doing great work for the country by doing what he's doing. this is a commonsense and a bipartisan bin bill. it did pass unanimously coming out of the full committee, the appropriations committee last mon
