mr. schneider same question. what went wrong for democrats with these key coalitions and how to get them back? >> the big thing is we did see massive vote share losses where we had healthy unions and healthy democratic infrastructure. this issue goes back further than november. one of the things when you look at is accountability. being a young organizer in upstate new york i would go and organize workers to form the union. many times i would go to albany and ask for help. many times i was turned away and said do you know what? come back when you have one. or even if you haven't don't come back. there needs to be a level of accounting with the dnc and recruitment of candidates, cognitive candidates as well. if you say going to stand with working people than you did to stand with working people. bottom line, another thing that goes into this as well. we need to reimagine our politics as well. being also a camping professional as well is there many times i we all know this who organized it would look at spreadsheet
