mr. jacobe one question. in your estimation what are the two economic policy silver bullets that would enhance access to capital or our small businesses and help us to sustain a growth environment? >> i wish there were a silver bullet, but two things that would really help. i think one is stabilizing the housing and the real estate markets. i think as you hear from the bankers in terms of how small-business loans are made, and i've worked with bankers for 25 years and they tell me the same thing and that is a lack of collateral. a lot of that is related to the housing situation. the second thing has to do with education. when we did our polling prior to the recession, prior to the financial crisis, one of the things we found was that small businesses had problems finding people who were skilled and had the skills they needed so that they could grow to go that remains a problem and when we polled recently among the other problems they still can't find the skilled people they need and talented people they need in the areas that are growing so those are two things i would focus on. >> thank you very much and i yie
