[applause] mr. stanton: i have not been able to read the report in depth. i have been out of the service for a number of years but i certainly will get to it. i was given a copy to her three days ago. this was given under the former president of the history agency. if i understand the recommendation in terms of advisory committee, to have a body independent, it body independent of the national park service board because normally with special committees dealing with a single issue, it always has been placed under the national park service advisory board. i will just pass it on to the director, john grisham and see where it leads. i feel i agree with your recommendation very strongly. let me just say, he has served as chair of the park advisory board and i told him i would like for him and his group to develop support, but john was also a keynote speaker at a major conference i had in st. louis in 2000. i keep john's remarks, because i like to quote from them, and he talks about leadership and he said
