mr. suozzi brought something up today that i thought was a good question on how to ask it. talking about increasing number of employees with the irs and will that increase the net revenue, not just revenue but net revenue. obviously that's important and i think that's what he was driving it. at the same time we talk of increasing taxes we have to make sure that doesn't decrease employment and decrease our net revenue. that's something where to consider as we move forward with what we're doing with taxes. going back to propublica, leaks like these especially without accountability, they shake our constituents confidence in the irs. their confidence in our tax system and you'll has gone and are ability to secure private information they give us your after your is obviously on the line. i want our citizens to be up to trust our agencies, to build the trust our irs but seemingly we are a long way from that. all of this is coming at a time when the administration is seeking nearly $80 billion in taxpayer dollars with more than 70 billion of that which would go to mandatory spend
