"the denver post" recognized this when they report that more than 11 million adults suffer from a mental illness, and almost half of them do not seek treatment or cannot find it. mr. speaker, since the facts make it clear that major mental health reform is needed for our entire nation, reform must be a priority for all elected members of congres
