i'll turn to mr. yoder now. >> thank you, mr. chairman.i actually do represent the heartland, really the main street of the whole country. you're welcome to come any time. administrator, welcome to the committee. appreciate your testimony today. i wanted to ask you about your understand iing of the gsa's ro in kansas city, former facility that's closed. i want to know a little bit about where it's going. first i want to talk about where it's been after many folks dedicated their career there, they became aware that they were exposed to significant amounts of radioactive material. $55 million have actually been paid out to these workers former gsa facility. the vast majority -- pretty significant. you have hundreds of people with skin cancer, lung cancer, chronic obstructive airway, female breast cancer, asthma. the list goes on and on and on. so, i know this is a real tragedy that's occurred here. these constituents are coming to me asking why their claims haven't been paid, only a fraction has been paid. first i would like to know can you
