thank you, ms. chen. first we'll open this up for public comment. any public comment on this item? >> teresa flander for senior disability action. you no doubt heard about ccmp in closing with the s.n.f. facility. i've had experiences with both my land lady and upstairs neighbor in terms of one in 2006 being able to go to a s.n.f. facility right after having surgery on her broken arm and shhh was able to go home. however, the social worker was already looking for some sort of home for her, althoughle she did live alone. however, because we were able to show that she had support that she could go home. and she did. but it was really important that she had the rehabilitation that was part of the s.n.f. unit. four years later, when my upstairs neighbor elaine was hospitalized and was then ended up being sent to a board and care home, which was an a inappropriate place for where she was at, there were real issues with communication between the hospital, the insurance and what her real needs were. we need these facilities in other words for people to return home. that would be the ideal
