ms. clinton was not a target of their investigation.hat was at the beginning of the investigation and as information comes in an investigation starts to take shape and form and starts to come to a point, given the fact that her aides were interviewed three months ago, and she has basically the last interview, it seems pretty clear she has become over time the target of the investigation. whether that means you know, they have a case against her or they don't, that's really up to the fbi and the department of justice, but i think that some of the information that's come out of the last nine months or so, certainly would leave people scratching their head if there wasn't some kind of criminal referr referral. we've learned she had an e-mail where she instructed her class to take a classified document, scrub the classification off of it, cut and paste the contents of it on to another e-mail, summarize it and send it to her. but you can't do that and evade classification laws. it becomes a crime when you do something like that, but there ma
