on the port capital fund signed, the original number of 96 million books a lot like what ms. forbes just presented as the 9.6 average over the first five years which raises the question, why was it revised down to 93 million, which looks like less? the first year of the capital funds are heavier. year five is 8.6. then there is a conservative escalation from there on out, which is why this is revised downward. this comports with what ms. forbes just presented. i believe the only item here that has not been before you prior to today is on the federal agency funding side, a reduction of $7.5 million. $6.3 million of that has been moved down to cruise terminal. 1.2 reduction, that is new, something we discovered in the interim. the way the fema money is arranged, there were some cost write down that we do not believe will be eligible for reimbursement. looking at what this does to our overall trajectory, a change of $142 million, fortunately, we are still improving. most of this looks good for the past few years. we have increased our year-to- year sources for the last three year
