ms. sutton, if you would carry on. ms. sutton: i thank the gentleman. you know, again, this make it in america agenda, it really is something that we believe that whether you are republican or democrat, that everybody can embrace. and frankly, everybody needs to embrace. we saw what happened when we had our economy relying on the financial sector, where you had a few people moving money around and it wasn't real value that was being created. and when the bubble burst, we had a problem. you take something of lesser value and turn it into something of greater value. that is something we can rely on. one of the things we have to do is we have to have a national manufacturing strategy. and in that national manufacturing strategy, like on the agenda, make it in america agenda, we need to look at a number of things and how they all work together so they will support u.s. manufacturing and u.s. workers. and why do we need a manufacturing strategy? well, it's kind of obvious, but i do think it's worth noting, others have national manufacturing strategies. germa
