i noticed this morning on the news they are saying it could be as bad as mt. saint helens and trust me that was devastating to our state so i hope that all federal agencies are helping in whatever way they can with hawaii's natural disaster. thank you forne also talking abt the importance of net neutrality. i have come to the floor to the defend the open internet as a pro consumer. we have to build on it because it's worth 7% of our gdp and 6.9 million jobs. that is what the internet economy is. net neutrality that we are fighting for today has four bright lines that help businesses, help consumers and help start internet economy grow. they are dull blog content, don't throttle content, that is still slow it down, don't create page prioritization. that's like saying in a burger king ad if you want the next available you can pay $15. i think they did a pretty good job of showing what would happen if you had every business operate that way and the fourth rule is transparency. make sure that you know exact weight what you're being charged for. the obama era feder

this afternoon, beautiful blue skies out across mt. diablo, but take a look at these temperatures. this is usually one of our warmest, and we are only at 66 degrees right now concord. we will drop down to 50s by 8:00 and 9:00. mild and cool weather to start off monday. we have a system from nevada producing showers through the sierra. it let us get up to 59. livermore, 68 and 68 in san jose as well. this, again, continuing to move on out, but here comes another system over the next three days. this will continue to keep cool temperatures in place, also some sprinkles right near the bay. as we begin on your tuesday morning forecast, clouds coming on back, a little bit. sun, a possibility of drizzle in the peninsula and 55. also the chance of a few sprinkles and drizzle in san francisco and the north bay. and temperatures in the low 50s. i want to bring you to our future cast. you can see at 7:00 tomorrow morning, it's not widespread rain but right near the coast, a little bit of green to maybe slicken it up on the golden gate and the bay bridge. then once we hit tomorrow afternoon,
