mt. pocono challenging the city of philadelphia with an equally warm number. low pressure is still in the ohio valley, this system is what it was in the midwest dealing with all the rain especially in texas slowly working off to the east and you see an area of rain working up from the south and west and we watch that pushing across lewes, delaware and even today at 3:00, future tracker 6 showing much of the area is quiet and could be a pop-up shower or downpour here or there. it kicks into high gear here or there and showing up on future tracker 6 during the latter part of the rush hour, 6:00. it's hit or miss and that continues at 10:00, we are trying to develop a line here along i-95 and more overnight when there is a better chance of a concentration some of that rain passing through and the rumble of thunder and a quick wind gust up to 30 or 40 miles per hour and early at 11:00, a lot of clouds are slow to push out with a scattered shower around and as we look at rainfall totals, a quarter to half inch on average going into the latter part of the afternoon
