we do have suggestions for what the mta can do. i understand you're not tasked with addressing social services and all that. that's not what we're asking. we're asking the oversize code, the 72-hour code, even though people are not issued citations, they are harassed by the police. even though we may not be seeing tickets, we know from what we hear that those laws are being enforced and they certainly are affecting people living in their streets and in their cars. we think that the auto return contract needs to be reviewed. we also see that, again, like food stamps and things like that, not everyone is eligible for that. we issue a certificate of homelessness from our office that is used by providers throughout the city and county. that should be able to be used for auto for a reduction in fees. we would ask that there be a moratorium from fees or that they be forgiven or that there's something similar that project 20 developed for people to either do a payment plan, 'cause mr. hernandez when we were working with him, it was 600 ri

the transit workers are complaining about the way new employees are being trained by the mta. in the daily news the workers say that it's slowing service down and creating dangerous situations. among them february 18 in the g line, the wrong side of the subway door opened up in queens. february 20 the one line the critics say the new train operator program in 2013 spent about two months in classes with small groups and railroad yards. there is a program called yard extra where they go back into the field but the veteran say it's simply not enough. people can get hurt. the new program doesn't go far enough to train a real world situation. >> maybe they need more training and stop concentrating on writing people up on something happens. instead they should have a person there, retrain them and have it corrected so doesn't happen in the future. >> the mta says this is not a story. out of all of the delays only 2.7% were attributed to human air directly caused by all employees. and it's smaller for even newly trained operators. they wanted it's unfair to the workers and the vigoro

so mta has committed to the extent possible we will be seeking other funding sources to advance these projects so that we can really deliver transportation benefits to the neighborhood before the projects are fully built out. and the project includes a parking garage that's for site users as well as for patrons of at&t ballpark. given the high cost of parking the robust tdm program at this site, and the robust tdm that will be released at the ballpark, all parties agreed that it made sense to really look at what the needs are for parking and what the appropriate operational approach is. there is a commitment not only to invest management for the final build out of the project but as phases proceed so there will be event management plans submitted to the city and sfmta will be key contributor and reviewer of those plans with the giant development team to make sure that the area still works and is still safe, both during construction and at the end of each of those phases. the project will also be reem fursing us at mta for any new management costs associated with the project. we have a
