gave me a freedom, um, that i feel like really is unique to growing up in the city bus, donated by sf mtathe centerpiece of the exhibit at some arts cultural center in san francisco. it's so nice to actually sit up here and pretend like you're driving. the bus only is the main artist behind the work inside the bus or drinking on the bus. she describes it as being a living room, a shared home with people from across the city. there is an altar that pays homage to icons such as poet maya angelou , who was san francisco's first african american female streetcar conductor of an altar . i think of going to temple with my family and going to do rituals at the cemetery with my family and like, i think of my chinese culture, these paintings are by milan allen, a self described food artist. this is my journey of different districts. different places in the city that gave me my favorite, you know, treats from barbecue pork buns to a burrito or a cup of irish coffee. illustrated on her paintings of mew knees monthly fastpass, a journey to capture what she describes as san francisco magic she experie
