i'm looking at a presentation the mta staff gave at the mta board meeting in april when we requested the permit term extension so at that time when we looked at a snapshot of the program from july 2021 through march 2023, there had been a little over 3 million trips provided in the scooter share program. the have been all most 19,000 citations issued and all most 11,000 311 complaints about the scooter share programs so that gives a sense of the 3 million trips, 19 thousand suitations rchlt . these are infractions administrateb in nature. they are not moving violations, but this is for improper parking for the most part, some improper riding issued to the company and the complaints are about little less then 11,000. so, that gives you-i will look at the presentation. i think i might have a little bit more-let me see what else i have, if you still are interested. >> i think it would be good to the public to know. >> i found it. you ready? yeah. okay. so, about 18 thousand impaurp parking citations issued. the fines that represents a little over $2 million in fines. the fine for improp

the mta has a outreach program. people respond time and energy providing feedback and things they want to see in the program but they feel the agency and staff did not necessarily take those things into account or felt their expectations were mismatched what they thought the feedback could change and what did change so that was something many members did. one thing i like to highlight in a lot of talk about surveys and i think some level of i'm not sure the survey is representative, not sure the survey reached everybody out there and think discussion about the-open about the limitations of surveys given the constraints the agency, you can't-it is hard to reach everybody and also i think few people are feeling the online surveyed can be gamed, we dont know who got it, maybe some groups got the survey more then other groups so think discussion from council members around-and the product area and not sure i never got the survey so think some questions of how is outreach done and how can it beimproved and how to make th

some people don't do that but i started with the mta of september of 1999 and came over to cable car was a general sign up and that's when you can go to different divisions and i signed up as a conductor and came over here and been here since. there were a few ladies that were over at woods that wanted to come over here and we had decided we wanted to leave woods and come to a different division and cable car was it. i do know there has been only four women that work the cable car in the 150 years and i am the second person to represent the cable car and i also know that during the 19, i think 60s and women were not even allowed to ride on the side of a cable car so it's exciting to know you can go from not riding on the side board of a cable car to actually grip and driving the cable car and it opened the door for a lot of people to have the opportunity to do what they inspire to do. >> i have some people say i wouldn't make it as a conductor at woods and i came and made it as i conductor and the best thing i did was to come to this division. it's a good division. and i like ripping

there was talk of coordination with mta, puc, rec park recollect caltrans and other agencies. perhaps you can follow up and ask staff to discus that more because there is a lot going on in the area. as to the resolution, there is a odd reference to harrison street in one of the resolve clauses on page 2. the second resolve, but no substantial evidence the harrison street infrastructure improvement project could have significant affect on the environment. i have no idea how that has anything to do with this. that seems it may have been cust and pasted elsewhere and may want to look and modify it. no reference in the resolution to categorical exemptions for water and sewer elements. they are referenced in the staff report on page 4 in the bottom box but not referenced in the resolution. i would suspect that the change to the pipeline pipe is a change to the categorical exemption and should have merited additional review. it would likely result in no change, but it should be subject to some action by city planning and perhaps that is commission to confirm that there's no change t
