the mta submitted a cal trans campaign program on education and enforcement with half of the money going to the police department for equipment and increasing enforcement on speed and program development media and evaluation. this grant was a partnership between the mta and police department and department of public health with support from the mta. this program will will provide support to citywide and neighborhood groups and we should know more in august. the large vehicle working group is also going to be completing it's recommendations, has completed and will be forwarded by june . and for the recommendations that will be forwarded to the full board on the large vehicle working group will they include potential amendment to the administrative code and what's behind some of the changes? >> that is a great question that i'm going to need to follow up with you after the meeting. i don't have the specific details on that. >> the other question i would have so it could be noted is what the phase in might be for the different categories. of course we have our employees that drive the city

i'm here on behalf of the mta, but also joined by our great director of public works, mahamed speak with support of the mayor's office and the cal tap planning program and advancing this proposal to you, city as capital planning committee recommend to the board this bond and you have an item as apart of today's agenda to make an amendment to the capital plan to reflect the inclusion of the bond of this size. i'll try to go quick because i know that you've had a long meeting and i think you're introductory comments help frame it well. the mayor did convene the task force last year. that made a number of recommendations for local funding, new local funding for our transportation system looking out over a ten year horizon which come thatnated at the budget. what the bond contemplates is the first $500 million recommended by the task force and it recommends in a fairly comprehensive bond report, which is available up on sf -- this expenditure plan with the main categories of investments and transits and investments and safety in our streets so to walk-through the lines of that expenditure plan. the lion share is really to implement
